RETURNS & EXCHANGES


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return or exchange an item please contact customer service to fill out our return/exchanges form. Please follow all instructions on the return form and return your items within 30 days of purchase to the address below. Include your order # & email us with tracking information for approval of your return shipment. We are not responsible for items returned without valid shipment tracking numbers.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable and will be denied.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • All items purchased on final sale.
  • Hair accessories.
  • Undies and bodysuits.
